Grafana (Container) with Zabbix Server (Container) request failed, status: 403 Forbidden

I tried everything but error still persists.

No firewall between servers

I still receive the error:

request failed, status: 403 Forbidden

Is there a way to debug or try to run using CLI in order to find the reason why I'm getting this error?
