Macros defined in Zabbix are not evaluated / replaced

Describe the bug I have items defined in Zabbix which contain a macro, e.g. {$BAREOS.JOB.ERROR.HOURS} in their name.

Expected behavior The items should be displayed in Grafana with the values of the macros instead of the names.

I did some more testing and to me it appears that this is only the case for inherited macros. I have overridden the macro {$BAREOS.JOB.CREATED.HOURS} and then it get's displayed correctly.

Hello, same issue for me too, after upgrading from grafana v7.3.7 zabbix-plugin v4.1.2 zabbix-server v5.0.20 (it was working then) to grafana v8.4.7 zabbix-plugin v4.2.8
