Templates using mustache. I tried using https://eta.js.org/ and https://ejs.co/ but it would not build with those.

I also merged #7 in my branch.

Hey, I really appreciate the PR. However, I wasn't able to get it to work. Specifically, none of the clipping options are active when navigating to a page. (They are for the version in master).

Steps to reproduce:

• about:debugging
• Load this branch
• Add a vault on the preferences tab.
• Navigate to a page
• Press the button in the toolbar
• Observe that, in the popup window, none of the buttons are activated.
