allow to specify a folder within the Vault Name, separated by /

This fix allows to specify a folder within a vault by separating it with "/". Eg. Vault Name: "Main/Web" would store all clipped notes in the vault "Main" inside the folder "Web".

This doesn't work if you have the "same folder as current file" default location for new notes set. If I have my location as MyVault/clip then it creates a folder called clip in the folder of the file that is currently open and saves it there.
