14.01 and 14.00 no longer load last sessions

Non-self-compiled, Win7, x64

"Load last session at startup" is ticked but last session is never loaded at startup.

As a side-note, the smart curly braces don't seem to be selecting the correct indentation level.

Also what's the reasoning for the additional sub-directory in builds?

It's still an issue, stalebot.
