Remove Cypress.moment from examples

Doesn’t seem like a good idea to have the static examples in this repo since they change all the time.

cy.route() and server will be removed eventually also.

I have no idea why these tests aren't running on 6.3.0. This is too much work keeping up with all the example repos for every version of Cypress ever released.
