@mattvCypress I feel like we may want to align this more with the more "modern" terminology and style guide for talking about the Dashboard (e.g. replacing the word "service", polishing up value prop phrasing, etc.)

Sorry if I missed it, but did we reference 'service' somewhere in the docs? Given the Cloud rebrand is somewhere on the horizon, let's not burn too much energy refreshing "Dashboard service" references since they'll all be affected by the Cloud rebrand anyway. I had a meeting on the books to discuss this with PeterG and Brian today but it was canceled due to a Product meeting.
