SSO activation disables Dashboard invite option
When SSO is activated for Dashboard, the Invite User via Dashboard option is disabled only permitting new Users to be added via the SSO provider.

@conversayShawn I'd imagine this is still relevant? If so, can you reimplement in the new Docs structure & syntax?
