Required additional column while composing test cases in CSV files

Hi, I am currently working on composing test cases in CSV file. I am using "2 Columns: 1-Turn Conversations (Question/Answer)" format. As per my requirement, I need to add test case name for each test cases which is not possible for mentioned format. Is there any possibility to add test case column to "2 Columns: 1-Turn Conversations (Question/Answer)" format?
