Add option to change scope of data-attribute attachments

Currently, when you initialize the plugin, it always attaches the data-attribute helpers to the container.

It would be nice if that were the default behavior, but you could also broaden the scope. This would make life easier to attach to navigation outside of the sliding views. For example, tabs.
