maven wrapper | switch to jakarta | camunda 7.20.0

Hello developers

I need a version of the plugin that works with jakarta. For this, one would actually only have to exchange the org.docx4j:docx4j. I used this to update to junit 5 and to set camunda to 7.20.

Addendum: Camunda now needs a "time to live" for decisions. For this I introduced a config value in the meta data. The default is 180 days.

So that I don't have to install maven locally, I have also added a maven wrapper.
