update the virttest/unittest_data/testcfg.huge/unittests.cfg

although the virttest/cartesian_config_unittest.py can pass, unittests.cfg is too outdated, some of option hasn't been supported. for example, restart_vm.

The beginner maybe refer to it. so, I suggest update this file.
