Simply switch source of flags to github mirror to resolve the issue here: https://github.com/alexplumb/material-ui-phone-number/issues/143 Considering we are using gihub mirror for flags now, we can remove the country-flag-icons dependency.
Needs to add the flags back or switch to another flag repo. 
It seems it's been abandoned for several years at this point. So there are around **30,000 weekly downloads** on a package that people can't use at all with never MUI...
