country Code and Phone number

If my phone number starts with country code it itselfs ommit the country code part from my phone number for eg --> my country code +91 india my phone number 9136441655, it will change it to be +9136441644, whereas it should be +919136441655 as 9136441655 is my phone number and country code attached with it should make it +919136441655
