bug fix on triple click selection

Seems like this code produces a bug upon triple clicking the input. To reproduce the bug:

When on the input, triple click to select all values with country code including + and start typing a number input. This will make the cursor change position. Typing 12 ends up with the value being +21.

The caretPosition is being placed on index 2 when it should be placed at the end of the length of the value at index 3 thus flipping the first two inputs.
