Hmm, maybe somehow Scoop is downloading an older version of Spotify, and Spotify is trying to update.

This would resolve quite a few inconsistencies. Some manifests suggest either `ffmpeg` or `ffmpeg-nightly`, some only suggest `ffmpeg`, while others just depend on `ffmpeg` or `ffmpeg-nightly`.

Do you think it would be better to not specify any dependency or to create a new manifest for .NET Core 3.1 Desktop Runtime?

That last idea would indeed belong to the main scoop repo, and unfortunately, I'm not sure if it would ever be implemented. I'll leave this open for now.

The version on the website is probably cached; for me, I still see 15.11.6, but the downloaded setup file is for version 15.12.4. I'll just manually update the version. :smile:
