These mods are used commonly so in big modpacks there are duplicated many times. Users are not seeing this mod in their mod folder so they are unaware of updates. The current version bundled with RandomPatches is too old for REI, which stops loading the game on purpose. This action will albo decrease jar file size by about 70%.
