Installer download link in README.md is invalid

The link to download the installer for this program returns

{"message":"Artifact not found or access denied."}

Me too, my solution was to clone and build.

I think the problem is that the CI build artifacts get deleted after some months and then this download does not work anymore... retriggered a CI build so hopefully it's available soon.

@hecko You just need Visual Studio 2019 or 2022 Community version is fine

Clone the repo, open and build the solution. It should works flawless
