[Bug] issue with the displayed files while using the debug command

The debugger will not display the TypeScript and JavaScript files in the nested folders. The files will be displayed only in the main app folder. screen shot 2018-06-25 at 2 13 06 pm

The issue can be reproduced while using NS JavaScript and NS Angular sample apps, while building via tns debug ios --debug-brk command.
