Add conventional commit support when counting of files

There is unused code in convCommit module - this can be refactored and more used such as arriving as "4 scripts", "3 configs" or 5 CI files"

Must be done after #38 sets the groundwork.

Also be clear the naming. Is it semantic commit or convention commit? Be consistent with functions and docs.
