Just separating this into a distinct feature request. As discussed in https://github.com/LettError/TypeCooker/issues/2 it would be great to be able to target one parameter for rerolling, so that one can tweak a generated random set a bit more.

Then you should be able to lock, unlock any parameter. It would be better to create a seperate tool (alternate UI) that uses TypeCooker as an API, lock values in custom UI and only replace unlocked values?

Sure, either way would work. A "reroll" button per feature, or a "lock-unlock" per feature. Thinking back on this issue I think one of the biggest problems or use cases where I'd like that is anyway when there are contradictory info. In terms of "alternate UI" I often thought it would be neat if TypeCooker was packaged as a mobile app, so drawing wouldn't require having to have a computer screen next to your sketchpad. Don't how much motivation to update the tool there is overall from the owner.

I never came accross contradictory that could not be solved by thinking about the problem. Can you share an example? All parameters are relative (like an electrical circuit:)

I think the UI is mobile friendly. It might be cool to lock/unlock values by swiping? So it is a hidden feature. (Still shows a lock icon in locked state) Loving the clean UI at the moment :)
