A sync-able open-source two-factor authenticator for Firefox, Opera, Safari, Chrome and Android
Fixed the issue raised previously with 2FA secret key without email. Also planning to implement direct input of secret key without a otpauth:// url.
since authy is deprecated on webstore i need an alternative extension

Why not just add Sync feature via Dropbox, Google Drive or so? Sorta like in Violentmonkey - OAuth flow and sync data in dedicated folder.
