Validate user emails by sending a validation code to their inbox.

E-mail alert system for: new project, new collaborator, new follower Users must agree or deny to receive notifications in their profile.

Alert when: (for now only one check for all at the profile)

• Create a new Dashboard (Alert everyone)
• Create a new Project in a Dashboard (Alert everyone in a Dashboard)
• Modify status of a project in a Dashboard (Alert everyone in a Dashboard)
• Follow Project (Alert to the creator, contributors, likes and follows)
• New Contributor, New Follower, New like (Alert to Projects creator, contributor, team)
• Create a new collection (Alert everyone in the dashboards used for the collection)
