platformio.ini for atmega ?

Open jkx opened this issue 3 years ago • 1 comments

Hi, I'm trying to rebuild your firmware. I used to build w/ platform.io but the included platformio.ini is wrong. It come w/ the default config (for mega2560 based board). I thinks this is the default platform.io from Marlin.

I used this firmware https://github.com/RolfZuckowskiUltras/TwoTrees-Sapphire-Pro-Plus-Marlin2.0-with-GUI on a blueR v2 for years, but even if my current platform.io manage to build the firmware, I 'm unable to flash it. (I'm quite sure this old version from Marlin produce a broken firmware with up-to-date gcc..)

Thanks for any help.

Hi,

To build the firmware I'm using the Auto Build Marlin VS Code extension. That way, the settings in platformio.ini don't matter.

There is a video that serves as a reference, it is in PT-BR, but with the help of subtitles maybe it can help you: VSCode + Auto Build Marlin.
