Hello I keep getting an installing the requirements using pip https://hastebin.com/azerejamay I'm using an Oracle Cloud Arm based VM Ubuntu 18.04

When I try to download a folder it says archiving then download started but nothing happens and after a few seconds a new empty tab opens.
