HEICS images cause uploader on iOS to hang

The bug

The "uploading file info" dialog is hanging at 257KB/357KB on a [REDACTED].heics [image] file. Restarting the app will get a few images uploaded, then this file causes it to hang again.

I ran into this too and it looks like it's valid. Wiki page on it: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/High_Efficiency_Image_File_Format

Mine ended up being a photo with the extension so I just deleted it since I didn't need it anyways.
