fix(mobile): fix mn-MN.json file name

The iOS app is not working with Mongolian language currently. It shows an error: Unable to load asset: "assets/ i18n/mn-MN". So, this PR renames the file mn.json to mn-MN.json. This should fix https://github.com/immich-app/immich/issues/9386.

You need to update the localizely.yml file as well
