Update to the latest version of ImageJ2

The tutorials still use 2.0.0-rc-71, but this is old. The latest as of this writing is 2.3.0.

This is currently blocked by the fact that there is some version clash involving kotlin between BeakerX core and ImageJ2 dependencies.
