Doesnt remember last saved directory. Always defaults to "Downloads" folder

The save file window (macOS finder in my case) always defaults to "Downloads", even through my browser (Brave, Chrome) properly remembers the last saved directory (usually isnt "downloads" for me due to file clutter).

In older versions of Chrome, the path to the previous save location was remembered. After the next update, it offers to save only to the downloads folder. It is very uncomfortable! Please make sure the path is saved.
