Add an option to disable "lint as you type" feature

Maybe it's just me but I find "lint as you type" feature distracting. I prefer linting on save.

It would be great if you could add an option to disable it. You could have it turned on by default.

Any chance this will be merged soon? My computer actually doesn't work too well with this feature on my default and the lack of ability to turn it off.
