docs: add inline documentation for `ignite scaffold`

I intentionally didn't provide any examples of usage to make the doc shorter (it's already huge!) and make people actually dig deeper into help to read more about each individual command.

Also, in this PR is a tweak to make the module scaffolding command accept only 1 arg.
