Added instructions for the plugin build on RPi

Hey, @mrdc, I just noticed I never approved this because I was waiting for you to to the change mentioned in this comment. Since then, some other changes have occured also. Would you be interested in resolving conflicts and address that comment in the Makefile? If not, let me know and I'll close the PR and update the readme on the next change.

Hi, let's do it. I just need to figure out how to properly do it on github :) Since then, some other changes have occured also. In README.md or somewhere else? I'm a little bit out of sync with changes in the plugin.

Cool, go ahead then. And yes, changes occurred in README.md, so you'll need to resolve conflicts.
