Using Blockchain.info API, so we don't need to run bitcoind on server.

Install:

Make sure to change config.php and import import.sql

Upd: Also gateways/[gateway_name].config.php

Run shadowsocks-manyuser, then just upload the script to your web server, and import the database :)

Account Details will be sent via E-Mail when a deposit is done.
