Error Cannot find Module

Hi, this adapter is exactly what I've been searching for, awesome idea. Unfortunately it seems that there is now an error with the Module, I'm guessing it was broken when SvelteKit hit Version 1.0.

When trying to run build it produces this error: Error [ERR_MODULE_NOT_FOUND]: Cannot find module '/SveltKit/node_modules/sveltekit-adapter-html-like/adapter.js'

I'm hoping you may find the time to update your adapter for SvelteKit 1.0 Thank you for all your hard work.

Sorry for having neglected this package for too long. I've released an update that should fix the issue and hope to apply further updates after my vacation.

To be honest, I am surprised about the interest in this package.
