@icebob where can i help next? you have this and your todo list #11. i think i can help with account management. if you guys want to spec out what u think should happen i will work it up.

This issue is a bigger project. I think first you can try to create a new AdminPage for Users, that the administrators can manage the registered users (disable, enable, remove...etc). I will open a new issue with details.
