Sync stops

I think I have work to do to define this further, but this is what I have now.

It seems when I have a poor connection like in a subway, the sync says 'sync error'. The problem is that it never resumes syncing.

I can press start sync again and it works til the next poor connection occurs.

Has anyone else seen this behavior?
