Editor: "null" shows for calendar name when creating new calendar

Observed behavior (please include a screenshot if possible)

When creating a new calendar in the editor, the name of the new cal is shown as "null".

Expected behavior

Similar to other tables (agency shown below), "[no name]" should be shown for new calendars:

1. Open new feed in editor
2. Create new calendar
3. Observe bug
