Deployments don't retain information about feed versions published

Observed behavior (please include a screenshot if possible)

Whenever a deployment occurs, certain feed versions are used. However, there is no way to tell besides downloading the deployed bundle which actual feed_versions those were in a particular deployment.

Expected behavior

Each deployment should contain more detailed information about which feed versions were used. It would also be nice to store information about when each deployment was active.

Steps to reproduce the problem

Look at any deployment and try to figure out which feed version it contains. Maybe change the deployment version numbers around a bit to further confuse yourself.
