Add-on: Hide sign-up methods for subscribers

  • [ ] Look for email in cookie
  • [ ] Query MailChimp lists for each of the sign-up methods at a set interval (eg once every week)
  • [ ] Either hide the forms / checkboxes completely or allow replacing them with custom content.
