How to install Silica With Swift Manager?

Could Silica be installed with Swift Manager? After I try it, the hint is: error project: the package manifest at '/Package.swift' cannot be accessed (/Package.swift doesn't exist in file system)

Not currently. As the error says, there is no spm manifest file. It's possible, just hasn't been done.
