Windows don't resize around dock

• Amethyst version: 0.12.0
• macOS version: 10.14 current beta, previously on 10.13.6, and 10.12.6

What's the problem?

On a 2 screen setup (horizontally aligned), the dock will move screens, but amethyst won't adjust either screen's for the new dock location. The dock will overlap windows on the screen it moved to, and the other screen will have a large empty area reserved for where the dock used to be. New windows on the screen with the dock will correctly resize around the dock.

How can it be reproduced?

The dock switch will be prompted by moving the mouse to the bottom edge of the screen, but not reliably. I'm unable to switch the dock back by moving my mouse to the bottom edge of the original screen.

Has anything fixed it, even temporarily?

I was previously able to restart/relaunch amethyst and that would reset the window positioning. This no longer fixes the issue. Restarting the app will mostly fix the issue, with still a small amount sticking under the dock.

Wow, 2018! Still getting this now, though like a year ago it worked fine.

Nevermind, disabling "ignore menu bars" fixed it. Have no idea why I had that ticked or what it does lol. Cheers.

Found my own issue again lol. "Ignore menu bars" is not working for me!
