Let's consider building this in Rust

We are such a new project without all the legacy requirements and hence I really think that we should not introduce C++ into our stack, but should rather use Rust (if we need to absolute speed) or Go (if we want it easy but fast).

In this case I think we should use Rust, since we are doing this for raw speed.
