[Feature Request] Attach layers to clients.

I would like to see a plugin added that allows for layers to be attached to windows, so we can use custom waybar/eww/ags configs to create custom titlebars for apps, similar to what can be accomplished with awesomewm. Thank you!

I would love to see this one day... mostly to achieve something similar : rough example here.

Basically a way to cut/shape borders maybe add custom svgs or lines and fully change window look..

This looks great! However this is more like what I had in mind ^^^ See the titlebars on the windows ^^^ so I was wanting a way to create these custom titlebars and window decorations in the same way people do on awesomewm (usually to create ncmpcpp guis). I was wondering if this could be done by attaching a bar (waybar, polybar, ags, eww) instance to a client window but it might be better to create a whole new system like you suggest.
