Gramine Integartion with Avalon

This PR has the changes required to integrate @Gramine with Avalon.

Changes includes:

  • GSC build scripts
  • Device mapping for gsgx in yaml files
  • Manifest file (avalon.manifest)
  • Graphene workload tutorials
  • few Readme file modifications
