For the next one you could try a [Tracery](https://github.com/aparrish/pytracery) grammar, which comes with modifiers, or [inflect.py](https://github.com/pwdyson/inflect.py).

https://github.com/aparrish/pytracery is a Python library you can use for generating output using Tracery -- no JS needed :)
