[FEATURE] Add ViT GSAM

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. ViT GSAM checkpoint have been released in https://console.cloud.google.com/storage/browser/vit_models/gsam

@banda-larga I was going to test the weights but they don't work, I've pinged one of the Google vit researchers to ask...

@banda-larga I actually looked at this around xmas time and was surprised, the checkpoints were awful (very poor validation). I tried all sensible input normalizations, etc but always really bad validation results. So not going to bring them in.
