regarding datset .conll format

I just want to ask that if we dont have files .conll file then what to do? I am working on resource poor langauge?

I have downloaded the files from this repo https://github.com/clab/att-coref/tree/master/data/conll-2012 and got stuck in issue #286. Trying to get a solution.
