[FR] RSS feed for huggingface.co/papers

https://huggingface.co/papers does not seem to have an RSS feed currently. Can one be added? RSS is much more flexible than email.

PS: It would be awesome if there could be some Telegram channel, too. See https://t.me/ai_machinelearning_big_data for an example.
