Add crash reporting screen

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. If the app crashes, we don't want the user to see an ugly OS message saying the app stopped unexpectedly.

Describe the solution you'd like Rather, we want to show the user an error screen, tell him that anonymous logs were submitted and offer to restart the app as well as hint to a newer version if one already exists.
