Display cutout overlaps content

Describe the bug

Testing on iOS with a cutout overlaps the refreshing indicator (Imagine there being a cutout at the top):

Also, we should generally test all screens with cutouts in different places.

Can't reproduce this problem in the course, files or news tab with a platform override to iOS and a top notch. The assignments page currently isn't working due to API problems, hence I'll leave this issue open until we can verify that that works as intended as well.
